I am a mother of three young men, the youngest which got his wings on July 11, 2009 at the age of 24. His death is leading me into a direction of personal growth and helping others. I started The Tony Brown Foundation in 2011 and have held many events aimed towards helping grieving families and our community. We have held candle lightings in conjunction with The Compassionate Friends World Wide Candle lighting where we donated to the Salvation Army and our local food bank, A FREE Angels Across the USA concert with Alan Pedersen, A Day with Mitch and Alan Pro Active Grief Workshop, Held a memorial blood drive on Tony's Birthday, started a peer to peer support group aimed at healing while moving forward, and most recently raised money for a scholarship to send a recipient to The National/International Conference.
