The Moment that we pass from the Physical World to Heaven, we are immediately filled with love. If you took the most love that you have ever felt in your entire life and multiply it by infinity, then, you may then begin to understand the feeling of Heaven.
Grief is a natural response to losing a loved one. Your emotional response is very personal and takes time. Healing happens gradually; it can’t be forced or hurried. What is important is that whatever your experience is, you need to be patient with yourself and allow your heart to follow the course that is best for you.
Early on in my grief journey, I realized this was not going to be a "get over it quickly" type of thing. I had a strong desire to read everything I could on grief, suicide, and the afterlife. I came to realize quickly that this journey will not end until I take my last breath. People have asked me how I stay strong and this is what I explain to them.
I hear it quite often asked of me, “How Do I Live Without Them since They’ve Died?” I want to help you to change that question.
I ask you to replace this question with, “How can I honor my loved one’s Legacy and Keep them alive within the Hearts of Those who love them since they have Graduated in their Life’s Journey to Heaven?”
