About Me
20 years ago, I lost my daughter in a car accident. It sent me a grief journey that became my initiation into a new normal. Dealing with grief, doing the necessary healing work is a hero’s journey. I work with men to reclaim their lives and find meaning after loss. Divorce, loss of work, loss of health, loss of finances all impact the way we hoped our lives would turn out. I have made it my mission to change the way we talk about grief.
Interests
My grand daughter fills my heart and brings me joy. I also play frisbee golf, tennis and am interested in tiny homes.
