Please hold on to all my love

The memories that I left for you

The times we shared a laugh and smile

The Season Has Ended (The Dream)

The season has ended. Blossoms of purples and whites fill my sight. I pass through the fields of heather and look beyond the sea. A peacefulness settles in the misty dew surrounding my body and filling my senses. I am with someone. A beautiful feeling of pure and abundant love emanates sparkles of light that reach deep within my soul. It is my son. He reaches for my hand and helps me up.

Torn

Since you've been gone

I keep thinking you're coming back.

I waited, day and night

But you never came.

Now...I am so torn...

Can't let go

I often wonder if you miss me as much as I miss you.

God knows I think of you every second of every day.

I think of the special moments we shared.

Those were some of the happiest times of my life.

The Loss to a Child

When we lose loved ones, we often just think of how affects us, as individuals. We also never think it affects a child, for many different reasons. We may think the child is too young and doesn’t understand, or because they show no emotion at the time, that it hasn’t affected them.

Time is on your side…..

My 21 year old son, Christopher Robin Hotchkiss, was shot four times with a handgun on March 21, 1996, by his school roommate, Mark James Taylor, because Christopher put dishes in the wrong cabinet.
