A mother to an Angel, What does that mean?
To live a life with your child never to again be seen.
To have your heart ripped to shreds,
To live each day wishing I were dead.
To never be whole again,
To have this eternal lifelong pain.
To never know the answer why,
To pass the day and only cry.
To watch people avoid you not knowing what to say,
To miss you and feel lonely each and everyday.
To feel as if I've failed you somehow,
To feel as if I've broken a promise or a vow.
To live life missing your sweet face,
To never again feel your warm embrace.
I've tried to understand the meaning and this detour "Your" new plan,
But A Mother to an Angel is who I am...............
