there are days I feel I cant do anything and there are times that I feel I can be saved....from myself of course as I can get inside my silly head, I rather have you here, than having you dead...

there are days i feel like my world is just shattered, there is nothing else that seems to matter. I push myself each and everyday to be healthy, happy and okay..

my dad didn't suffer he went very quick, never expecting this was it, so as we all try our best to deal with this pain and I know it's not easy and we try to remain the same

as our lives are changing every single day, make sure you take the time to pray

Our health is most important and we must carry on, we only live once and then your gone...
