I am moving closer to eternity every day.

I am not moving further away from you - I am moving towards you.

Heaven is a place of perfect reunion. The promise and hope of heaven will enable me to deal with the grief while I move ever closer to you.

Eternity with my Creator God and my beloved - THAT is the joy that awaits me after this daily pain!!

I would have lost heart if I had not believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord's promises fulfilled.

About the Author

I lost the love of my life tragically and suddenly on 24 April 2014, 22 short months after meeting. He was the centre of my universe - my life. I am forever changed by this loss. I celebrate the day we met and the lifetime of memories we created in our short time together and at the same time mourn the future we will not have - the wedding that will not take place...growing old together. I live for our reunion day in heaven...
