One day your life became my memories

Those memories I won’t ever let fade

I think of you and I still smile

At all the memories that we made

I think of all the times we had

How I would love you physically here

But I know that you are still with me

Oh yes, I sense that you are near

I see the signs you send around me

When I walk through my life each day

I feel your whisper in the breeze

I’ve learned to know you a new way

I talk to you in starlit skies

I look for you in rays of sun

I see you in the clouds above

And share your life with everyone

Heaven sure gained a special soul

When you arrived at Heaven’s door

I’m sure they’re glad to have you home

Though I’d be glad to have you more

Someday I’ll fly over the rainbow

And you’ll be there to walk with me

Until that day, I’ll always love you

And make you proud of all you see
