My turn

It is my turn to focus on me

to be the person I want to be

I've been through battles 

I've won the war 

Thats what is important

and so much more

Ive received my degree

life, opportunities and the life I know

Is one I always had to learn and grow

i am proud of who I've become

I am proud for pursuing my dreams

and making them real

I feel so blessed to be where I am

and to know how I feel
