Suffering As A Seed

We should not be too quick to abandon suffering,
lest we miss its savage blessing.
Every ending is a chance to grow stronger
in longing for what was lost.
Inside the truth of our most painful experiences
we find the seeds of new beginnings.
It is never too late
to forgive, to learn, to grow
