Comforting
Some comfort in touching seeing or holding our Loved Ones things can help when you feel so far away. I know that it's just the feel and the touch of the things they once held bring me closer and thoughts bring the heart back into that place of peace.
Even though many have tried to help in many ways, some times nothing helps. So we create what helps and keeps us safe and feeling of some comfort. Some times it's just doesn't help, then we go back through the steps of grieving and find a different place that helps ease us back into our own comfort.
As comforting as possible, it is so different in many ways for everyone and how we step forward. Meditating can help me find a tranquil moment, while keeping my faith and allowing God to continue to guide me in this Journey. While no one quite understands the sense of feeling Comforted, Secured or Loved does not always bring us back to where we should be it just allows a moment of us to take that deep breath and sigh. Life's paths and destinations are all over but we walk and go forward in anyway that we can.
