Wrenches

I was sitting in New York with a group of bereaved parents when Alan Pederson said that I could fix anything.  I thought well, he’s right.  I am a shade tree mechanic.  Why is that?  Because I have to.

It is just like my grief.  People say your doing so well.  Why is that?  Because I have to.  If I don’t do something, it won’t get fixed.  You have to fix it yourself, no one will fix it for you.

You will need help, but you have to turn the wrenches yourself.
