Hugs to You

A dear friend of mine just went through a battle with breast cancer. Fortuately, she is cancer free today.

During treatment she met a woman who was battling cancer totally alone.  "It broke my heart that anyone would have to go through something like this alone." 

So, she decided to use her art ability to create a book to place in cancer treatment waiting rooms.  It will be called: A Hug of Compassion.  It's a collection of original art, poems and verses from a wide variety of artisans, professional and amateur.  

This photo, and poem, is one of my contributions for the book. Marji
