Look Up And See The Beauty In This World

As you spend your time looking down at the ground you will find that the world does not cease to pass you by.  As you spend your time looking at the ground you will feel alone.  I know it hurts to loose a loved one.  I know the pain you feel as I have felt it.  I also know how much beauty exists in this world that surrounds us.  I know that the reason that we are here on this Earth is to learn and grow from obstacles that range from addiction to loss to relationships and the ...list goes on. 

How we learn and grow from those obstacles is truly up to us.     In a place of trials and obstacles, it takes a conscious focus to see the beauty that surrounds us.  This beauty will become transparent when we place our focus upon the negatives within our life.  You see, when you place your focus upon your negatives, you are lending your strength and energy to your negatives.  Why on Earth would you want to do that.  No one could tear the walls around you down quicker than YOU. 

Take a Moment to remove each negative from your space and replace it with a positive.  Each and every negative that crosses your path should be acknowledged and told it does not live here anymore and then release it.  If it is a bad relationship, create the space you need to begin to honor your worth and find happiness within your surroundings. You are not meant to drag someone kicking and screaming down your postitive path.  You would always welcome them back to your positive path if they would like to join you, but you are certainly not supposed to skip down their negative path either as you will loose who you are within that path.    

If your focus is upon the passing of a loved one, I ask you, "Is the day or way that they passed the reason that you love them so much?"  If not, then WHY are you placing your focus on that day or way that they passed?  Are you honoring them in that?  Do you think that by torturing yourself that in some way you are making them proud of you? I can tell you that your loved one wants to be remembered, but not in the way that they passed for it is not the legacy that they left behind.  They want to be remembered and honored for the way that they lived. 

Why look at the ground when you could just for a moment look up... Look up to see the butterflies that they send to say I love you... Look Down only to find a coin that they may have left as a kiss from Heaven.... Look around you as you feel the beautiful breeze blow through your hair as they softly touch you from Heaven...  There are no excuses in life. There are only actions and those actions are completly controlled by you.  What will you place your focus on?  I haven't seen my floor in Years.............Look Up and have a Blessed Day!
