Whilst on a steady decline emotionally and physically as the 16th week mark approached yesterday; having spent the entire night crying to the point where I was unable to apply make-up this morning to come to work (eyes nearly swollen shut).
Thoughts come and go. Grieving the death of a loved one is a journey home to self. Often in life we are too busy living to really experience life and embrace our emotions in any given moment. When someone close to us dies then living and experiencing our feelings is literally "in our face".
I miss Courtney so much. I feel lost. A part of me left when she did. I miss giving her sweet sugars and hugs. She had a smile for everyone.
