Loss and loneliness often go together

“People say they know what I’m going through. No, they don’t. They can’t,” Carter said.

You Are My Sunshine

robinlauriecoulson September 1, 2017 - 10:20am

I feel that this life is not fair
That at times there’s just loss and despair
And they tell me that Heaven is bliss
And that Hell is the life that I miss

They say to hold onto the time
When I held you back when you were mine
Before God took you to away
And left me alone in the grey
