Caroline Flohr

A Seattle area native, Caroline lives with her husband, children and faithful yellow lab, Lady Brooke, on Bainbridge Island. Watching the morning ferries cross the Puget Sound and emerge from layers of fog, combing the beach for treasures, and hiking the island trails inspire her. Her children and dog, biking and skiing, travel, gardening, reading good literature, and writing fill her days. When she's not enjoying the outdoors with family, she is at work on her second book, a lighthearted memoir about the crazy world of planning a wedding, as told by the mother of the bride.
