Grief can be very lonely. In our pain we may want to isolate ourselves or find that others are uncomfortable with us and stay away. We don’t have to do this alone. Finding friends, family, or support groups that understand the many emotions of grief is an important part of healing. Most of what we do in grief is normal and having support can help us realize this.
