At 25-years-old, I have experienced early on the kinds of curveballs that life is always willing to throw, the biggest obstacle being the loss of my child a few years back. But since that point, I have become an author, speaker and avid life-enthusiast. I find the greatest pleasure in meditating, reflecting and figuring out how to best help other grievers around this crazy world of ours. If I am not behind the laptop writing, then you'll find me out running or studying to finish up my master's degree. Each day is a new opportunity to live out loud and learn something new. But above all, no matter what journey you're on, you're never alone.
