Mindolyn Kohn is a children's librarian at Bicentennial Library of Colstrip, Montana. She received her B.S from Montana State University-Billings. She was an elementary teacher for ten years, spent seven years homeschooling her children, and now enjoys reading stories and making crafts with the youngest members of her idyllic small town. In 2010 she and her husband adopted a ten year old child from the Philippines. Four years later their son chose a new family and has now been adopted by them. While, Mindolyn hasn't experienced the death of a child she feels the loss of her son very deeply and is working through the grief of that loss.
