I held you as your heart beat its first beat in my womb...I held you as you took your first breath in the new world...I held you as you turned your life over to the Lord that glorious evening in our living room...I held you as you wept over your first love...I held you as you welcomed your baby girl into this world...I held you as you took your last breath and your heart beat it's last beat...I held you as you left this world and went to the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ... I held you in my heart as I suffer through grief and pain,but knowing how blessed I am to have been there through it all...Words for the Journey
