The bravery of grieving
Recently, while sipping my coffee and reading some postings on the Grief Toolbox, the posting spoke of sharing, sadness, and resolve. Regarding one particular entry, I wrote:

And my life here has only begun
It has now been two years that my only child my beautiful twenty two year old Son Tanner's Soul and Spirit Flew.
Ah, Valentine's Day. A time of love and romance. A shopping frenzy for cards, chocolate, and flowers. A day of hope, and perhaps disappointment.
There is something about this day that touches us profoundly. That’s not surprising, considering all of us are wired to love and be loved. Deep down, we all long to hear or read the words, “Be my Valentine.”
True Friendships always last forever
And we’ll sure miss your smiling face
